I called the manufactures for support, however, the versions were too old for the technicians to support. At that time there referred me to a list of consultants but recommended one. to help me improve my system and save my data. The old version needed to be restored and errors like btrv#4 were removed. We had large data files where transactions were in the system from 1992. The files were sliced and cut, transactions were moved in groups to restore the files to their appropriate sequence. Furthemrore, the application had to reinstalled but we didnot have a disk of the orginal program ,so we relied on consultancy of with J.Sessum to use his companiy's archieves to restore the application. We also purchase two reliable Hewlett Packard machines desktop and laptop which have been functioning without incident for the past 6 years. Oh yes, we called DacEasy support in a panic for support this was our first move but we found that our version was too old and the support person recommended that we call "Helpsolveit.com" in NYC All we can say is thank goodness!
