We understand that a well placed solution could well drive beyond productivity expectations in the short run. As a result, patience, partnering and trust are the foundations of a good solution. As a direct understanding of our engagement with a firm, we aim to provide reliable service in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price providing a resultant that will show a good return on his or her investment in the solution  as well as our relationship with the cleint.

Our Method

The company is an established consultancy formulated in 1995. It grew from the employees experiences with telecommunications equipment with message switching services which was provided to to businesses in the New York metropolitan area. As Business applications grew in the early 90's and we were at the forefront of certifications with our partners. Manufacturers, partnering with our agency provided us with key information about the products that most IT persons would not be privy to unless they attended certification classes. In addition, we have authenticated direct links to the manufacturers technical support queues. Often we "survey the land" with a support call query which serves to ferreted our the real issues versus the perceived issues which results in not just a patch but a repair.   While applications started to grow and personal computer operating systems platforms and the drivers for hardware began to stabilize, we adapted right along with them helping our customer base to patch, repair and enhance their systems. All these things were done. In addition to our main course of supporting accounting software packages like DacEasy V15, Peachtree 2007, Quickbooks 2007 and Accpac, we support networking legacy operating systems Nt Server, Windows 2003 Server, 2000 and Xp Professional Desktop required our continued technological growth as does Vista today.

Continued education on up-to-date technology we have found is the key to saving our clients money and time by reducing the chances of loss of time with failed components due to program compatibility issue. To improve the our clients business workflow, we designed, deploy and supported database solutions for our market niche. The automation of flat paperwork allowed our clients to quickly recall records and perform analysis allowing them to respond quicker with educated decisions about their clients, prospects and their delivery of goods and services. Client Relationship Management Solutions provide a sharper focus with greater efficiency that turns into saved dollars and increase productivity in the business relatively quickly.

Today, the  team of  HelpSolveIT.com llc continues to provide solutions to this marketplace. In addition to Point of Sale, Web Development, Ecommerce and Service Level Agreements, we offer servers, desktops, printers and peripheral solutions as a Authorized Compaq and Hewlett Packard Reseller. We serve as a technical arm for several software makers.  

If the software in place is adequate overall, but a little training or polishing is needed, then this is what we provide. However, if the software or hardware is questionable or isn't efficient or productive as it should be, then we provide an analysis of the problem and suggest corrective action.

The HelpSolveIT.com team has access to many different manufacturers of readily available off-the-shelf packages and the pegs of workable solutions for our client base. We provide add-ons, which move important data from customized order entry systems to smaller,  full-featured packages; on-site care with service agreements; seminars and training; data entry personnel; and after-market tech support to aid in the management of those solutions. More importantly, we serve as a cost-effective support link between the user and the manufacturer.  In essence we find ourselves helping the clients modify their business practices and the business process is and should be directly connected to the software solutions in place.  Often this is clearly not the case in the smaller business of less than 200 employees and is usually the ultimate reason for the call to our organization.
