    Charges/Rates

    The usual charges are hourly?


    Usual charges span from $105.00 per hour single user to $200.00 per hour multiple users with servers. This cost slides with the compariable complexity of the job and the client is notifified after the first session should items appear that will increase cost. There are however flat rate pricing which may be more appropriate. There are no surprises in our billing. Agreement on an hourly rate, pre-engagement interview designed to level the expectations of the user and a deliverable which is a whitepaper at the end of our engagement when final payment is rendered, equipts the client with a substantiated document to create a logical method of achieving improvements in the system viewed. The white paper deliverables from any of the engagements can be used at any time upon the customers need. The lead time for the white paper is usually within a week after the assessment for 1-5 machines. As the population of machines increase, the lead time for the deliverable presentation increases accordingly. We endeavor to create a relationship with the client as communication between people is what helps to make any fix the right fix!
