We serve as a technical support arm for several manufacturers.  As we work strictly in the Business to Business arena the first level of tech support is usually the maker of the software.  Usually the repairs or fixes are specific to the application and are handled well by this venue.  However, there are many times when the information provided by the traditional support venue offered by "in-house technical support" is not broad enough to provide a sufficient solution to the problem at hand.  When this becomes the state of affairs then, "the next tier of technical support" becomes a more viable solution.  That next tier would be the certified consultant.

We have been trained by the manufacturer upgrade, repair, troubleshoot and enhance the software applications that we represent.  Furthermore in our networking experience gathered since 1989, we can provided an expanded solutions scope to not only fix a symptom by address the causative factor that created the issue originally.

In addition, other vendors and consultants use us to assist in the repair of their existing clients applications or systems problems as well as existing clients referring other businesses. When this is a the case that an existing client refers another business to the helpsolveit team and it results in a billable time, that client will have their account "adjusted" for a credit in an amount specified in accordance with our referral plan.

Although our vendor,consultant plan is not displayed here our client referral rates are usually as follows.

  • Client referral adjustments are payable 30 days after the referred sale invoice is paid in full. 
  • This compensation is good for up to (6)six month from the documented date of submission.
  • This credit may be applied to your service with us or extended where appropriate to discount merchandise during the 6 month period. 
  • You can apply the adjustments to All non contract support 
  • You can apply the adjustments to All Hardware products with a total value in excess of $ 2500.00
  • You can apply the adjustments to All software products with a total value in excess of $ 699.00
  • You can apply the adjustments to All Training Services of 2 class session or more
