WE typically experience Installations that are performed by people that users might have consider "Good enough to do the job for them," or "some who is a Network Administrator of a large Company" install their software. However, while they may perform great at their jobs, if they haven't been trained by the makers of the packages they will most often be in the dark about the little things that might make an installation problematic. This extends to and including making the client "think" he has lost his data, which might cause the customer to incur unnecessary high expense with what the client needs sitting somewhere on his hard drive.
