     Telemagic, is a comprehensive business/sales automation system that is designed for enterprise-wide use of a single relational database in companies or departments with up to 200 employees. A complete workgroup package, the program includes many commonly used office automation applications in an integrated design. There are available software vendors that make possible sharing of the application data with accounting, time billing and other products in an easy to use process.  It all takes place with a click of an icon once the integration is performed. Database records and accounting are updated alike.   What drives prospects to acquire the software is it's ability to be handle over 30,000 records with ease. The software has add-on created by a community of technical designers and programmers that  support the product as well as write middleware for it. The existing Telemagic software, which runs in all of the latest Windows operating systems including Vista Ultimate connects to accounting, time-billing and other software products seemlessly.  It even has the ability to connect with telephone equipment, making it ideal for call center involvement.

 

     The ability to design screens, use colorization, pictures and scripts allows for the client to have the product molded to their business process.  In fact, it's use can create a whole new process generating more productivity as the clients solution. It allows for 255 fields per page, multiple pages per level and with three levels in it's entirety is something not found today at it's current price point.  At this time sage software does not offer another software on this level that has a price point of around $500.00 or less per node depending on how you purchase it! The software is sold in seats for it's network users that are in packs of 5, 10,25, 50 or 100 users.  It is a category  of workforce automation and contact management software that is unmatched when compared to today's highly marketed CRM products like Act! , Maximizer and  Filemaker Pro, which is about the closes product to it today for the price point and level of functionality.

 

     The software is not only supported by a multiplicity of domestic and international resources that can assist a user with customization and add-ons but also in the case of emergency technical intervention or proactive support both contract and non-contract.
