In 1985 , the company started from company that worked with small businesses selling, communications equipment like modems and fax machines.  In the next couple of years we grew into installing communication software and data sharing through networking with IBM Xt machines.  Sharing data between desktop machines in an office was what everyone needed but few understood.   By addressing the shared applications and data across a local area network HelpSolveit, cut its teeth of the data sharing and storing frontier.  We grew from moses chosen Lan, through Artisoft and a myriad of other Local area network manufactures which included our first Lan sale between two offices and by a customized accounting software.


Not only did  we understand that a well-placed, properly run application can easy drive your productivity far beyond expectations.

We learned to draw the specifications, acquire the equipment and install it with the necessary security setting for the users

and the appropriated disaster recovery systems.   By leveraging your vision and current assets, and operating methods ,  we can aid you in reducing retraining, reducing the cost of new equipment where possible and avoiding cost overun.   


We perform assessments and issue quotations in a way  that allow us to gather information  that will help the client make an informed decision in the current technology arena when selecting a project or application software inside their budgetary parameters.  Protecting the clients investment and capitalizing on all of the features of the new technologies, we work to help you get the most appropriate solution for your goals and task.


Next phase, after discussion, should you wish to move forward, we can implement

what we suggest in our deliverables. We can acquire, the necessary equipment, configure and install what is needed at the site to make your applications and communications run securely and smoothly. We will even include a disaster plan and an after installation support level agreement.  Approximately 60% of our work is performed on the premises of our client.  The remainder is performed over the internet using various applications.  We only access a client remotely when are given express permission to do so.  We hold all of our clients on the same level of exclusivity and confidentiality.  They all enjoy  our services with the utmost security.


In all phases of the process, we ensure connection and approval in our collaborative effort. Our payment processes are commensurate with our work as they are designed to prevent both us and the client form moving forward without agreement.
